Our address is [email protected]. We read every message. If your message is about a review you submitted, write from the email address you used in the form, and tell us the product name so we can find it.
What to write to us about
- Your submission. A question about moderation, a request for an update to your review, or an appeal of a decision.
- Reviews you see on the site. Anything that looks fake, copied, misleading, or inappropriate. For these, the report page shows what to include.
- Corrections. A factual error about a product, or a mistake on one of our pages.
- Brands and sellers. Factual errors or rule violations in a review about your product.
- Your data. Requests to see, correct, or delete your data. See the Privacy Policy.
- Feedback about how Tareloom works.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, shipping, returns, or refunds. Tareloom is not a store. Please contact the retailer.
- Paid reviews. We do not accept payment, gifts, or incentives in exchange for publishing, changing, ranking, or removing a review. Offers like this will be declined.
- Product support. We cannot repair products or speak for the manufacturer.
