This AMLA + supplement by HERBPY is UH-MAY-ZING! (Amazing). I took the recommended dose in the early morning and I felt well all day. I think once it kicked in, the turmeric made me feel relaxed and the moringa gave me my days worth of multivitamins. I experienced no negative side effects from this supplement. The capsules are of an average size and an average sized adult should have no trouble swallowing them. The price is fair for 60 days worth of doses, seems right on par with the prices of similar supplements. I would rate this Amla supplement a 10 out of 10 for price to value ratio, a 10 out of 10 for efficacy and a 10 out of 10 overall! I would recommend this Amla supplement to others. The capsules do have a faint sweet smell to them.
