AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY AGAIN AFTER A YEAR. Will fall apart after a year.
Update 6/24/26. Even after many attempts to get replacement or repair due to the materials falling apart and making these useless, the company refers you to another department for warranty and they never reply. So there is NO WARRANTY AVAILABLE. PLAN TO THROW THESE AWAY AFTER 1 year. I purchased 6 of the 600 watt panels a little over a year ago to use when I am at my 2nd house. I didn't want to invest in putting a huge solar system on the house and these fit nicely on my patio roof. The panels work great everytime I was there, and Im here for a couple of months about 3 times a year. Ive had them out and used them 4 times and every time they worked great. Now the bad. Over time the material has faded, and started to come apart, also the handles on 3 of them ripped off. In checking the warranty it says there is a 3 year warranty on the materials and workmanship of the product. It also states there is 5yr and 10yr performance guarantees. Then in another part of the included manual it states there is only a 18 month warranty. So its very confusing. I was under the 18 months so I sent a message to the email listed in the manual to find out what can be done to replace or repair these since the fabric has started coming apart. I never got a reply, but know it was sent as I BCC'd myself at a different email to make sure it was sent. So if you buy this product you can only expect about a year or so of life from the materials as they degrade and fall apart as can be seen in the photos. There is no reply from support so don't expect any help once you have purchased. If they ever do reach out and provide some kind of support then I will update the review. Overall I got an average of 350-500 watts of power from each set of panels depending on the days. IF I moved them to the angled part of the roof it did increase a little but I didn't have a way to tie them down to the roof. I used a some cinder blocks to attach from the corded loops they have to secure them to the patio roof when I had the in place. I would have preferred some metal grommets that could be tied to as the little corded loops were not the best. For portability they are great. For durability the panels themselves worked good. but the fabric they used is not UV resistant and sitting in the sun it degrades and comes apart. If I don't hear from them I will figure something out, but I won't be buying any more products from them. I have 3 other portable panels from All Powers that I use for different things and they work great and Ive never had issues. I didn't have issues with these until the materials started to degrade and fall apart.
